04 Dec Train-the-Trainer Workshop
This workshop provides participants with the knowledge and ability to successfully conduct training sessions. It also provides hands-on training in learning styles, adult learning principles, training aids, Single Point Lesson Plans, basic facilitation skills, Structured OJT, and effective handling of problem situations. Participants practice these concepts in staged scenarios, and by the end of the course, conduct a training session.
