An eight-hour course on leading and facilitating team meetings including team dynamics, conflict resolution, problem solving structure and problem solving tools. Includes simulated meetings with a variety of challenges while applying problem solving to situations. Various methods/tools for effective problem solving using the DMAIC Model. Learn brainstorming techniques, Pareto Charts, Process Flow Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Force Field Analyses, and other tools and techniques.
