An 8-hour program providing valuable concepts, principles, and techniques used to identify causal factors for equipment failure. Using Cause Mapping, they learn to: investigate contributing causes and determine the root cause; develop, assess, report, and implement appropriate countermeasures and corrective actions. The goal is to learn the process used to determine the real reason for a failure or event and direct solutions to prevent the problem from returning.
