A 50 to 60-hour course on leadership given in 2 to 4 hour modules. This 14-module training program promotes excellence through the learning and use of practical leadership skills, abilities and strategies valuable for their change and innovation guidance. The courses provide principles and essentials of contemporary leadership, goal setting, and essential human resource and communication skills. Modules include:
